As a PhD researcher at the Hertie School's Centre for Digital Governance, I am working with text-as-data, machine learning, and web-scraping methods on topics related to public sector digital transformation and innovation. I am also a data scientist at the Competence Centre for Public IT at Fraunhofer FOKUS. My background is in public policy as well as Philosophy & Economics, and I have three years of working experience as innovation coach in the public and private sector.
